About the Author
Paul Larsen is a BYU graduate and brings over 23 years of family history experience. He lectures at family history conferences and LDS wards in the Western states, and has written family history articles for LDSLiving Magazine. He is the author of the best-selling book, Crash Course in Family History: A Step-by-Step Illustrated Guidebook Using the New, Easy Way. The 3rd edition of the LDS version is in process, as well as a new edition for everyone. He realized that there is a great need for people everywhere to easily learn how to do family history. And since new technology has made it easier and faster, he was inspired to compile practical, step-by-step, up-to-date information with easy guidelines. He has taught family history classes on 'Where Do I Start? 3-Easy-Steps to Family History', and trained many family history consultants to teach classes in their wards. He is the founder/co-founder of 4 different successful corporations, and an accomplished artist. He and his wife, Peggy, live in St. George, Utah.
